Summer visitors: Please be advised that the Beall-Dawson Museum has limited air-conditioning.  We do our best to provide air flow through the museum, but it does get warm; plan your visit accordingly.  (The Stonestreet Museum and the Library are air-conditioned.)

Inclement Weather: We follow MCPS – if schools are closed for weather, the museums and library are closed as well.  On the weekends we follow the County Recreation Department – if daytime classes and activities are canceled, the museums and library are closed.  (MC Rec Weather Hotline: 240-777-6889)
