These items range from textiles and portraits to ceramics and medical devices. This wide variety helps to tell the story of life here in Montgomery County throughout time. During this talk you will meet Montgomery History’s Collections Manager\, Sammie Hatton\, a former volunteer turned staff member\, learn a little about her training and experience\, and understand what her work entails. She will also discuss a few of her favorite objects in the collection\, some of which are on display and some others that remain protected in storage.
