“First Friday” Genealogy Help at the Jane C. Sween Library

Need some help with your genealogical research? Montgomery History‚Äôs librarian and other professional genealogists who volunteer their time, will help with your questions. The session is included with the library research fee (members free).  It is recommended that you contact Sarah Hedlund in the library a day or two before you come, so we can prepare ahead and have adequate assistance available: 301-340-2974.  $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for seniors & students; free to members.

Our lunchtime lecture series, Tuesday Talks, takes place at noon on the first Tuesday of every month. Bring your lunch and enjoy presentations covering various aspects of history including local history of Montgomery County and the history of those who once lived here. 
The programs begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. with seating ready just before noon. The lectures are free and everyone is welcome to attend!
